@Tan Tan the judge says in the letter that the dismisal part is ICE and DHS that have to dismiss because they dint sing the motion when we sent to court but now the lawyer will send it again to dismiss it the judge note there that need to joint because i am eligible for adjust my status i am little comfused and also judge put me on master hearing early next year in the mintime

i have to wait for the dismisal to go to uscis thank you praying for everyone
