@Lee Chang Lee-Chang Yes you can travel. You can be denied entry if you have committed a crime in the US or if you commit a crime outside of the US. In the extreme cases you can be denied entry for past immigration violations. USCIS and ports of entry are different entities and it is up to the officer letting you back in to allow you. There have been more issues lately but there needs to be grounds for you to be denied. Hope this helps.
