you should contact a lawyer. my lawyer told me the maximum weight a vawa case should wait a 5 years however depending on your case it can be more or less that’s the reason why most work permit they give it for 5 years. however if the administration right now. I taint know . keep praying and have faith. God is always in control

@David D I did some research by reading about the experiences of people who had filed a Writ of Mandamus before, including posts on Reddit. I also used Microsoft 365 Copilot to help me prepare my documents. I used the federal court’s pro se template as a guide and provided Copilot with my case information, timeline, and relevant details. I then asked it to help organize and prepare the documents. I carefully reviewed everything afterward to make sure the information matched my case. The documents I prepared included: • Main Complaint (Writ of Mandamus Complaint) • Civil Cover Sheet • Proposed Order • Certificate/Proof of Service • Exhibit List and supporting exhibits I would suggest doing your own research as well because every case is different. AI can help with drafting and organizing, but you should carefully review everything before filing and make sure you follow the specific requirements of the federal district court where you are filing.
