oh my gosh my 2nd Prima facie expired April 29 they havnt renewed mine l wrote a letter , made phone calls nothing

@David D , disregard @November 2022 's advice about being patient. I filed my Pro Se Mandamus for my VAWA and Green Card applications, and both were approved. Please review my timeline.

September 2022. nothing yet just 5 prima facie and combo card

@A T so happy for you you are the reason i might start my mandamus process but still thinking if i do myself or lawyer one question for you after your 360 approved from mandamus did you like close that case and open another mandamus? like brand new file? or when you fill you fill both?

@tired from waiting I amended the mandamus complaint after the VAWA approval and summoned everyone again.

@A T so u got approved for vawa first then u did the mandamus for i485?
