WPB FO, had API update 4/18 & Emma confirmed my case is inline for interview, & still in NBC. Processing time was 3 months, then 7 & now 4months. How long to wait for FO to send interview schedule?

how do you ask Emma?

On the USCIS website, there is an icon bottom right of the screen to chat with Emma then select live agent. They don't give much information and it takes a few tries.

do live agents even know what Json API is? only asking because according to the API my case is long overdue. the number of days to my next milestone-iinterview has been 0 for almost 2 months now. lol
