Worth writing a letter to Nebraska Service Center?
Is it worth/does it help writing a letter to Nebraska Service Center about my case? My i601a waiver was approved 8/23/21 and USCIS/Nebraska Service Center has not sent the approval to NVC yet. Does it help sending something in writing asking them why they haven’t sent the approval yet?

you can lodge a service request via EMMA online USCIS help, via telephone, if you have an online account with USCIS/NVC you can look in tools and file a query also.

@Car B, I have gone through several tier 2 officer callbacks and put in a request to have the field office respond as to why they haven’t sent the case over to NVC yet on 11/12/21. They say up to 30 days to response, coming up on the 30 days and I have little faith. I have also called NVC several times and several times now NVC supervisors inquire with USCIS without due response from USCIS.

it's happening to many not just you Manuel. if you wish to find out what is going on USCIS has a YouTube channel it's called immigration update news. they provide information daily and there are many videos you can watch to gain insight to Nebraska service center, plus other related news.
