I got denied my marriage based petition with USC wife because the officer said the marriage was not entered in good faith and that we are not living together that was why we couldn’t answer their questions asked correctly.so I was denied and I became frustrated,so I hired a good attorney to start the process again,two weeks after I refiled I received a notice that they are processing my case and that my finger prints (biometric) has been added to my case.a week later I received another letter that I been put on removal proceedings and that my case will be determined by EOIR(judge).while waiting USCIS called me for interview because I had already refilled my petition so they approved my I-130.so my attorney took that to the immigration judge so to cancel my removal.the judge ask my attorney to file I-485 with the court with all necessary documents.we did,three weeks later I got my 10 years GC in my mail.let me say this my people and you can tell anyone this.Denial or removal proceedings is not the end of it.what i think is that they furtherly delay you but hold on you surely get it
