you file work permit base on your AOS application not your i130

mhmm okay it’s because my husband was in ice custody and the lawyer at the time said we can’t file all concurrently but I’m hearing people that been through ice custody filing concurrently

u can’t file I-765 without I-485. I-485 is the based of ur case

I’ve seen numerous people on here file their 765 then file 485 after based on their timeline.
