@Bhupinder Singh theres an alleged immigration pause on most categories of adjustment of status for all the countries under the ban. cbs news carried it and said it was from an anonymous high level officer in uscis

Anyone approved for work authorization in December (under VAWA) but yet to receive the employment card? Are you from any of the banned or partially banned countries?

@Sara B-Orozco you should call the uscis office and tell them they missed the deadline (the one mentioned in your approval letter). My card is produced and its shipped already. best luck❤️

Guys same way your case would be over if you miss a deadline, you have the right to make a inquiry report if they are missing the one USCIS gave you. SPECIALLY if they give you a SPECIFIC deadline cuz that’s not usual.

@Sara B-Orozco No card yet. On January 2, I received an update on my case saying “New Card is being produced.” This is strange because I already got that update on the 2nd of December 2025 and got “Case Approved” on December 3.

@Caro D Have you received the card? How long did it take from “New Card is Being Produced” to “Card Produced”?

Hi all, this is an update: I received my EAD today. It was sent to production on the 15th of January after it failed production twice. Since I was approved on December 2, I got five years validity. I hope you all get yours soon!
