It used to take several months to get first EAD. Just be patient, it will happen.

It been 59 days after receipt of I765 application initial work permit. I called, did eRequest, chatted with Emma and USCIS staff, emailed , no response, just we received your application and case is pending. Any suggestions pls

@Hossana b I got work permit approval in exactly after 60 days, after I send email, It was approved. pls eRequest first amd after 8 days email USCIS, my approved in this way.

@hosanna b please email in this address, tsc.classaction@uscis.dhs.gov with "Rosario Class Action" in the subject line, cc asylumEAD@nwirp.org, and include your name, service request number, date of service request, Form I-765 receipt number, and receipt date. After this email In 2 days they approved my work permit, email only after 8 days of your eRequest. Thank you

@hosanna b After you submit eRequest they will give you service request number, use that in your email, cheers
