work permit about to expire
work permit expires in 3 weeks. Being trying to renew it since July. However, initially I did not receive a receipt notice for I-485. I had to call USCIS last year to get the receipt numbers verbally. They have rejected my renewal because I can’t provide proof of adjustment of status. I’ve sent numerous service requests, I’ve called them many times and I’ve not gotten any answers. Does anyone know what can be done?

April 22,2020 called uscis (got the receipt numbers)
August 2020 RFE
November 2020 biometrics
Got EAD one week after
September 2021 Code 3 biometrics

@mike I received my receipt numbers verbally. Did not get any physical notice in hand besides the RFE and biometrics notice

did that… they can only submit a service request… which I’ve done 5 times
