WORK PERMIT
I applied on April 25th 2025 online, my work permit has been pending ever since how long do you guys think it will take, for me to get the approval I can’t look up orocessing times because my application was done online and it starts with IOE, and it doesn’t show how that proccesing field time

@Bobur N Have you received Prima Facie? Moreover, have you responded to the RFE they sent to you. This is bcos before they can issue you EAD, you will have to establish your VAWA thru Prima Facie. I hope this help

mine was 18th April am yet to recieve too ,I called uscis and was told it takes 4 months

@THE ORACLE got the receipt in 8 weeks in mail and got the card in mail almost 2 weeks after approval. Like 8 days after approval.
