@ Ian they actually didn’t ask me for nothing it doesn’t even show on the uscis I think it was already reviewed

@ian @myriam K can you explain how you expedite for financial burden if you don’t mind please? because some gets denied under that category ? do you show evidence on your expedite request? like bank statement ? did you do it over the phone or by mail?

@fatou I contacted the Uscis through Emma I explained that my husband is an independent contractor and he has been hit by the omicron wave that we lost our health insurance and we are struggling financially. They asked me if I wanted to expedite it I said yes under the category 1. financial loss. They didn’t ask me for anything after. I know some people get ask to provide documents but that was not my case. I checked the USCIS website it doesn’t show my expedite request. I believe my case was already processing when I asked to expedite my form.

I hope my explanation help you guys 🙏. I know some people produce bank statements and a cover letter explaining clearly why they want it expedite.
