Will my overstayed affect my parent visa
I overstayed my tourist visa but am married to a USC I already got my EAD and still waiting for my GC interview I just had a baby, my mum want to apply for a visa to see her grandchild and also attend her godson wedding, will my current status affect her getting a vis since my GC is still im process and not yet approved??

after you got your EAD you are allowed to stay in the United States. for 2 years.

I don't think your overstay will affect your parents visa. if I were you though, I'd use your USC to invite them rather than you doing it

it won't affect them in anyway. They already know they are you parents because you added their names and date of birth in the I-130 and your I-485. they will be okay with their interview
