@SC JN that’s 1.5 year later, that’s so bad because it is more than 4 years total processing, do you think it could be between May-October because December is brutal hell long actually.

How the hell people vote no more than yes

@SC JN Yeah that sounds more likely to happen than by the end of December 2025 because that’s for FY 2026, there are only 5k Adjustment of Status cases for Rest of the World.

@SC JN me too, I can’t wait really, the processing should be done as fast as possible

@SC JN I am a butcher at a fish farm at Alabama I have been working 1 year and 5 months already, I cut and slice fish. How about you, what are you doing at your work?

@T N I mean that makes sense you want to leave your job and me too. My job is not hard but having to stand 9 hours a day which is brutal, I wish they allow me to sit and cut fish rather than standing. But yeah if I could change I do want to work in commercial cleaning than a fish farm.

@T N just quit this job!!!!! you have no obligation to stay working for the sponsor!!!! go live your LIFE, find another skilled job!!!! stop to punish yourself

@SC JN Did you get any update after interview? My case was transferred to Washington filed office from Baltimore after interview.

we hope so

@Y A If you have more than 180 days of I 485 filed, they can cancel your i140 whenever they want it won't affect you! You're just looking for a new employer and bye!!!! No one can do anything against you!

@Y A no one treated me. you pay BDV.. you work one year and then you decided what to do. you do not need to inform BDV about your decisions.
