Will EB1 finally move in October 2025 VB?

with the kind of porting happening + whatever other ways discovered and reported for EB1 Ind category, I don't think it will move any time soon. For others, it will move as per the process.

Looks like USCIS wants just the money through filing and best time to be is law firm to make money as a part of filing. Just getting EAD and AP can be issue as overnight the rules can be changed.
