When will it get processed
Hi everyone my EB2-NIW based I-485 became current in March 2025, when do you think it will get processed? Lawyers said 12-16 months which I don’t think is realistic, or is it?
Priority date is May 2023

it doesn’t mean its current its an automatic process, you still have to wait. Mine was current for 6months then nothing happened.

@J A so you mean, you are still waiting for 6 months since it was current and nothing happened!!! My PD is July 2024 which means the process could take 4 years at least, It's a nightmare.
