When will 09247 block be active?
My PD: 8 March 2024, block is IOE-09247. case is being actively in review for more than 16 months but no update yet. When should i expect some activity on my case? People say that activity happen block by block. When this block will be activated? if someone can guide?

I’m on the same block, casestatus are showing 3861 total cases and still reviewing 1557.
I think at least 500/550 days is the new normal.

@mak dely i dont think EAD is a step for EB2-NIW. atleast i am not aware of. i am still waiting for my i140 to be approved.

@Ammar Badar in my believe I think will take more, today the eb2 just move back from October to September.
also the have a website to check I don’t know how accurate is, but give a ideia at least, casestatus ext . com
