@Younes B Did you raise it with your congressman? you’re well outside the 12.5 month timeline.

@bb blank contacted him one time but no reply so far. But anyway I’m still on the normal processing time according to the USCIS. Also my lawyer said to wait until it gets out of the normal processing time then I can get in touch with the congressman and send an inquiry

@Gc Db Actually I didn’t filed for the EAD with my I485 but later on April 2025 I’ve filed and get around mid June. I didn’t do biometrics again they notified me of the reuse of my previous biometrics
