what’s next?
just a question for knowledge, if a vawa application was submitted without an attachment of a form I 485 adjustment of status, when approved what normally comes next?

@Queen Bless you automatically get a c31 work permit if you indicated it during your submission,, file for your i485 etc

To save yourself time and going back and forth with USCIS, find a lawyer. usually, you pay by installment.

@sweet lins ok so you suggest o just wait for the approval then apply for my I 485. how long did it take to get approval for I360.

@sweet lins ok i have been patient thus far my application been in since 2022 so i guess i can continue, i do have my prema facie notices so that’s all for now. Thanks for the knowledge everyone.
