You might have to involve your congressmen, I went through the same since February 2023 and got my congressman involved in June which changed everything. USCIS told my congressman that there is a glitch in their system which stopped my case from being scheduled for an interview and within a month my congressman reached out to say that my case has been sent to my local field office I'll copy and paste “I hope this email finds you well. I have just received a response from our liaison regarding your case, which I have copied below. “Thank you for your inquiry, dated June 23, 2025, on behalf of your constituent, xxxxxxxx, regarding their pending Form I-130 and I-485 We have confirmed that this case remains pending at the Chicago Field Office. A record review indicates that Mr. xxxx submitted a Form AR-11, Alien's Change of Address Card. The change of address places Mr. xxxxx in the jurisdiction of the Denver Field Office. This case has been transferred to the Denver Field Office for interview scheduling and adjudication. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will contact your constituent directly when an interview is scheduled or if additional information is requested before the interview. Case status may be monitored online at https://egov.uscis.gov/. Given this response, I will follow up with our liaison on 7/28 to request an update on your case’s status. Please let me know if you have any questions or updates on your end. In less than a week my status changed to actively reviewing then on July 21 it changed to an interview scheduled for August 25th and I got approved yesterday August 26th
