what is next step?
Hello all,
Has anyone experienced a similar timeline? I didn’t submit a medical exam with my I-485 application. Is traveling abroad with just the combo card sufficient to re-enter the U.S., or should I also bring approved notices?

yes, as @Mrkvica M. said, combo card is enough. I had use AP Combo card 3 times all good. (travelled to Canada once, and Mexico 2 times)
