@VM they just asked for our original marriage certificate since it’s foreign and we had only sent them the English translated one!

what other evidence you have submitted other tham mrg certificate

@puja with the RFE just the marriage certificate. with the i-130 we went everything they asked for, birth cert, even our sons. we also sent lots of photos etc

oh and we sent 5 affidavits, letters from our friends and family talking about our marriage, our son, how we’ve known each other since we were teenagers etc!

when you click the case status link thingy. scroll down and click docs !

I dont see any docs in the case status link

Where it says Your Cases in your myUscis account, below should say Sections: case status, click that and scroll down to documents

is this applicable for all? because my application was sent via mail. I already check from top to buttom but unfortunately I could not find it.

@al flores..did you receive the rfe in the document section or did you have to wait on them to send it via mail?

@brai I believe you can easily create an account on the USCIS websites if you don’t already have an account!

@alma I received it in my documents on my USCIS. I haven’t yet received it in the mail, but I’ve already been approved

I have an account but they didn’t attach anything in the doc section. I just see yhe receipt notice at this point. Thanks.

They saved the RFE notice today, it took a day for them to attach it.
