My case was denied Aug 2021 and I submitted an appeal to BIA and I won the Appeal this Jan 2024.

@ATL Jacob Did you get approved? Also while you were waiting for decision on EOIR29, was your work authorization cancel?

@j Wo not yets, case was reopened and denied again sometime in 2025, and I sue them in Federal court and submitted another appeal again, still waiting to hear from the BIA. my work permit is still active on a new and pending I-130 and 485
