"we have taken an action" but no change
I got 3 emails from USCIS stating that they have taken an action on my case, but I'm not seeing any activity on my account. the only thing I'm noticing is a little text above the i-131 that says "case closed", but no update under "history" or "documents".
anyone seen this before?

check under I-765 you are definitely approved

yes it means that you are receiving a combo card which has probably already been sent.
check i-765 to see as that also might be saying case closed. in that case you should definitely be receiving the card in mail in 2-3 days time. If not go to the portal to raise complaint about card lost in mail

if it says case closed then you were approved, give it some time and check later on

you got a combo card approved. it will take couple days to see combo approval under I-765 documents tab. same happened to me! got approved 9/19

however, i also got 3 emails this morning saying "we have taken action on your account" again but nothing changed. do you think it's related to the i-131 again or something else?
