WE GOT APPROVED FINALLY 😭💪🏻🩷
After so many months we finally got it! Yesterday we got an email saying we have taken action in your case and a second actively review and when i go to the documents tab there it was, the approval document! let’s gooooo!!!😭😭😭 i’m still in shock.
Maria from here helped me with the information to reach out to our congress woman and then the congresswoman helped us right away… i know that’s why we got approved!!! just exactly one week after reaching out.
my timeline still needs to be updated on the app but I wanted to share because this has always helped me during the exhausting process.
If you are even 1 month passed the normal processing times, please, reach out to your congress person, it helps, it got the job done!!! and I’m outside the US.

@sue choi i searched the congress person assigned to my husbands zip code in the U.S. and it tells you which one corresponds to you, and you go to their website or email, depending the congressist ways of reaching out and you reach out

@eve eve yes!!! you should reach out to a congressist if you wait for more than 17 months! i did it at 18 months wait and it got resolved in 5 days!
