it’s a NOID, intent to deny the petition however they send the mail to help you fix what’s possible to get an approval..
did you receive and rfe or prima facie

i think they are giving you a chance to fix something so you can get approved. when did you apply.

@faith faith I did not receive any rfe but I have valid PF and I’ve been receiving it since I filed in May 2022

@Chikala Chako Stanyoko I filed in May 2022. I tried to called last week to get update but I wasn’t able to talk to real person. it was their answering assistant that gave me update on my case which is the same update I’m seeing online. I will be waiting for my lawyer to get the notification to know what it’s all about.
