@SC JN if waiting for 3-5 months, we gotta be current ASAP or it could be 2-3 years more as we can’t quit job right away

It really depends, USCIS is complicated! my PD is August 2020 and I have never received any response to date from USCIS. They will only approve my work permit, not even my Travel permit, they will never approve it, it's been 1 and a half years.

@Diego mendes sue USCIS, it's more than normal processing time. 🤷‍♂️

@SC JN Yeah I hope our PD current ASAP, I hope we may get PD current in October 2024 or January 2025. People being so done for this category

@SC JN I heard people saying so that I can leave immediately, I mean we have worked for more than 1 year. Did you consult with lawyer about that when to leave job?

@SC JN Yeah as I know it’s domestic traveled and living. But before you move, research it first for sure, I don’t plan to live there so I’m not very sure

@SC JN if your pd is Sep 9, 2021 then, we can't sue USCIS. It's should be before 2021.
