I'm very tired of waiting guys 😔 I feel obsessed every day I checked my case. Yesterday I received an email notice "Good afternoon, We recently updated the following USCIS form(s): Form I-914, Application for T Nonimmigrant Status" I felt so happy thinking this was an important notice 😔

@J S you should contact your state senator and explain them the situation about them not responding to your RFE. If they reply with the same thing then file Mandamus lawsuit. No other option to receive a decision.
