Wich is your catagory c31 or c09

if it’s c9 category between 3-8 months but if it’s under c31 category you will only get it when you vawa case is approved

13 months C09 only fingerprint, my ead still pending

@ziko Zika yes I check online everyday and @cc jj yes I just gave fingerprint last year December I can’t even see any update for fingerprint on it too.

@shiv yd @cc jj when did you guys get the fingerprint? I have waiting for almost 12 month and I didn’t get them yet

I submitted my I 765 in July and received biometric in August but I had to reschedule it so did it in December @Jey Pepo

I submitted renewal for EAD C09 through vawa since July 2024 even though my EAD expired in Dec 2024 it’s been 290 days (almost 10 months) and I’m yet to get my new EAD……dunno why they now having backlogs on EAD’s too
