Waiting for Case Creation Letter.
Our I-130 petition has been approved, but we have not yet received the case creation letter. It has been over 40 days since the approval. We received a letter from USCIS stating that the National Visa Center (NVC) would contact us within 30 days. However, we still have not heard anything from them. We submitted an inquiry to the NVC, but they have not responded. We are feeling very anxious about this situation. Could anyone please advise us on what steps we should take next? #Uscis #NVC #letter #I130

@Belvie Jenny @kath pirre Guys i recover our email and i found the case creation email that NVC send us a month ago but still we didn't receive the case creation Letter. though we didn't need the letter becaus we get the case creation credentials.

@albab joy you can sent them a public inquiry to request your formal welcome letter. they will send it.
