Hi everyone, I’m in the EB3 skilled category, and my husband is my dependent. Our priority date is March 14, 2023, and we had our I-485 interview on September 18. During the interview, the officer mentioned that the visa wasn’t available at that time and that we’d need to wait until October. It’s now late October, but I still haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone else in the same category experienced something similar or received any updates recently?

same (eb1c), spouse had interview 9/12, officer said the same thing, will approve but don’t have visas available and been pending since. I got approved without interview a while back.

@eb1 AA if your file is at FO, you may get approval soon. if case is moved to NBC where is a large backlog of cases which all are current and there they process FIFO order..

I got approved with out interview, waiting on my wife which is my depending, Seattle field office PD 04/22
