Waiting for almost 1.5 years
Hey guys! I’m a legal permanent resident, filled I-130 for my wife last February, then on July 27 last year it went to an active review stage, haven’t received any update since. How much more time should I wait? Is there anything I can do to speed this up somehow?
If anyone is or was in the same situation, please share your thoughts and experience. I appreciate any kind of help. Thank you.

I am sorry, hope things move faster. The final action date for F2A is Nov 15, 2021.

In the last almost 5 years F2A was doing great and current but since a little over a year is not doing great. I hope it will come back all current soon. It usually move faster than employment or other categories. All the best!

my husband is a us citizen and mine been actively reviewing since sep 1st 2023 Texas centre

I’m also LPR filling for my spouse who lives overseas. The visa bulletin is bumped up every month so at least that’s a good sign. I’ve heard tips like if you guys meet up or travel, take photos and save the travel receipts, and post them in the document tab. Also reach out to your local congressman via email/mail to ask for help. I’ve heard people getting instant response after they do so.

me same situation my husband live outside USA, but 2026 began year I became US citizen, my lawyer told me to wait that will help me more to sped it my case !!! anyone commmets please
