when they send you the welcome letter it means you can open an account and start uploading documents, right?

It means you'll be login to your ceac account with your case and invoice number and from there you'll be able to apply for your immigrant visa. Yes that's where you'll upload documents etc

and does the sponsor need to upload some documents? if yes, what are those? I just would like to be ahead of time.

@omar for my 3 daughters under 18 in Jamaica pd is dec 31,2020 only said actively reviewing for my case here waiting to do finger print my husband usc

you will get through soon Latoya, my son also in Jamaica. After being reviwed for a day it updated to approve.

@latoya u need to email ur senator and tell how stressful it has been away from your kids and the process as been long . where is ur service center ?
