Be patient they are still working on January 22 I'm March 22 with approved expedition 9 months ago and still no desition, is crazy

in September 2022, receiving PF and I expedited it through my congress man two months ago but still nothing. let’s be patient and it’s gonna be okay. I’ve been going outside the country on vacation and visiting families since 2022 at least 2-3 times a year so I don’t really feel the delay of the approval because I get to see families the same way green card holders will.

I’m waiting since DECEMBER 2020 5 prima facie and 2 rfe 2nd rfe was submitted oct 2022 still nothing they just send me another prima facie till march 2026

working in January February March . got mine approved on 1281 days .

I’m January 18th 2022 and still waiting…

I’m Dec2020. let’s be patient and hopefully they approve us soon.

it takes about 45months

in April 10 haven’t see any approval ang my lawyer just emailed me that my case still pending and 44 months prior waiting for vawa case just keep praying
