what do you mean ‘visa regressed’? where did you get that info from??

i called USCIS today and the agent said that visa regressed...

you are EB3 11/16/2011 and are still current this month and will be next month too. you were given wrong info. call them back!

we did call them 5 times today as we really need GC as my daughter won a scholarship and they were hilding till we get GC but in a 2 weeks time limit.Its a huge amount she cant miss as she worked so hard for it and can go 4 yrs college for free. So we spoke with congressman and they said our application is in different location from what it shows on the website...It is so streeing us out.Everytime we call them they give us different info.

yes agree your pd is 2011. you will be fine and hopefully get gc soon!

this was last update visa regressed,some people say as your date is current now so you will get first im next month.. we are really stressing about this.my friends whose PD is a year after us got GC last month

SD D did you get EAD card for you and family? EAD combo card with advance parole may be used to let university know that you are pending adjustment of status. this could perhaps get your daughter some time and get her scholarship?

the c09 on the combo cards definition is (adjustment of status)

yes we did get EAD and i have submitted that to them but we heard from the her counselor that they are still debating about EAD status..

I know some with 2010 PD still waiting for GC

oh really...and my friend whose pd is Mar 2012 got it 2 months ago
