Fad not moving and dof 1 month

hopefully FAD moves to FEB 2022 and DOF may be DEC 🤞🤞🤞

expecting a month movement for FAD and couple of mths movement for DOF

hopefully May covers all of 2021.

@Paan Singh any clue on why they are not handing out decisions for the cases that are current?

Date for filling I think will be current. Final action maybe Dec/21

@Mandem FC probably extensive security check they talked about earlier or straight up order from Mr Miller to intentionally slow the process down.

@Paan Singh Like I said, I think only the Date for Filing might become current. They want to collect fees, and the best way to do that is by making the filing current. But I agree that the Final Action Date will probably keep moving slowly.

I wish DOF can be current but it’s unrealistic.May be DOF move another month or two forward and FAD will slowly catch up with DOF later. Probably FAD will reach feb 2022 in the upcoming visa bulletin. The only reason EB3 skilled got current is because they get 140k quota + family spill over which is huge and now since the ban/pause and embassies shut down they are forced to make it current because they can’t waste all these unused visas. On the other hand eb3 unskilled only gets 10k from which only 7-8k max are granted they don’t even use the whole 10k.

@sam young @Paan Singh it might not be current but can still move 3-4 months. Similar thing happend during Trump’s first term when there were visa ban. Demand has definitely exploded for this category which is why I dont think it will be current but still like DOF like 1-2 year lets say from (march 2026) behind might be possible imo.

DOF will not be current. in no way this is possible.
