VISA BULLETIN OCTOBER 2026
I think Visa bulletin will be posted tomorrow or Next week as they are waiting on the decision of the judge for a stay on 75 countries. just like last month they posted at the very end they might have prepared two Visa bulletins. One will be where the judge does not give a stay and the other one will be where the judge gives the stay to the government, so hopefully the judge gives us stay so it will be better for the people who are doing adjustment of status.
what do you guys think?

if the ban is lifted, i think there will be retrogration for sure as we can see when there was not a ban, the VB was moving like turtle and vice versa.

i think there should be no retrogression for eb3 OW, but for eb3 skilled. i think OW is good where its at considering retrogression. hopefully it still moves, lets see what the judge says.

that appeal by DOJ will be filed tomorrow so it might be published next week
