has anyone not received an update and the visa bulletin has moved forward from your priority date?

same! my case was ready to be adjudicated in Oct. i received an update that my case went back to “Remaining pending” status because of the retrogression. however since Oct. my pd is current but still no movement in my case! it’s been 2.5 years i’ve been waiting! ☹️
