I was approved 5/20 and today I got another update that case was sent to Department of state! I am confused cuz on the approval letter that I got it says they sent the case then! so not sure

Ok. So after USCIS approves ur case. It’s goes to NVC (if the beneficiary is in another) once it reaches NVC they gonna email u a welcome letter with ur case number and invoice ID where you log in to CEAC to submit documents and pay fees and to also check the status while at NVC. After u have submitted ur documents using the CEAC platform to NVC, u wait 60 days for NVC to review ur documents and if they accept them u will be documentarily qualified and put in the line for an interview at the embassy
