i sent mine 17th December. i got update but still waiting for the letter

Its take atleast a month for you to receive the receipt notice of your submission.

1 and a half to 2 months to get receipts

I received mine after 2 months

i Don t think this woman ia an attorney. 1st my form i.485 was returned in January bcs of filling fee. I didn't know until October 2021. i gave her money to pay but the woman still ask for waivers and paid $1140 and not pay for biometrics. $85. now uscis has returned all my form bcs of incorrect fees. Also she file form i.765v uscis returned the form that it doesn't correspond with my 485. that i should file the correct form 765. pls i need advice. i am going in sane

i check my mail box yesterday and saw uscis returned my form bcs .my attorney didn't pay the right fee. she paid $1140 instead 0f $1225

believe in yoursefl and do it by yourself you. if she is not good at her job.

most lawyers ask to much money, when you have all required evidences and docs, its better do it on your own.

you need to speak with someone. i re send my 765 and 485.on 01/13/22. it was delivered 01/14/22.. I got both receipts 01/31/22
