it’s the combo card, advance parole and work permit

it is safe, as long as you have a clean record. I traveled the last 2 years with advance parole, no issues at all.

ok @sam singh because I was wondering. also I recently filed vawa July 2021, my previous petition marriage base I withdraw it because my husband wouldn’t answer to the RFE and I didn’t want them send me in removal proceedings as I had overstayed my b1/2 visa. I now filed every thing concurrently through vawa.

I want to travel too but when u read the approval notice it’s like omg I’m scared but I’m gonna go home God spare life this summer. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 8 years I miss my family.

@shari mc same with me entered on B1/B2. never filled for marriage base. directly vawa n overstayed bcoz everyone does that to adjust their status. waiting for AP so that can travel for 2-3 weeks.

I’ve over stayed my b1/2 for 8 years also no crime history vawa is also my first case with uscis. i really want too but the approval letter says it does not guarantee re admission so im a bit nervous.

@liza overstay is forgiven if you married US citizen as said by my lawyer. I’m in the same boat like you.

@ketty you can also get C09 through vawa under I485 . and yes previous work permit is valid if you will vawa afterwards.

@ketty I didn’t get a work permit with my first case basically it reach no where because I got a RFE and wasn’t able to reply to it

@shari mc I applied after 2 yrs when my I94 expired and I’m waiting for AP (vawa) so that I can travel for 2-3 weeks. my lawyer said you can travel. you can consult your lawyer too.

only go for few weeks like 2-3 weeks. then they kind of consider that you didn’t really leave unless otherwise you have any criminal history

usually it take between a week or 2weeks

I started the proces back on March 2018, and by ends of may I had received my combo card amd the SS card arrives just a few days after that.

I got my ss before my EAD arrived I check to receive it on my application I filed june 2021 and got approved on February 172022

same my husband and I are separated he doesn’t want to give me a divorce. he’s probably putting me in debt smh

I’m still married as well but separated, my narcissist husband doesn’t want to do the divorce but I’ll be filing for it soon. oh we have a child together as well
