they received my application on April 28, but they issued the receipt on June 29.

My Vawa application was submitted on 10 November 2022. It’s been 71 days didn’t receive my receipt number

My receipt came Dec 14th 2022, application was delivered to Vermont on October 22nd 2022. Took 52days. Wait 2months/60days before worrying or contacting USCIS

@crazy of God yeah it's taking longer than usual but did u send in application 1-485 with payment fee . I heard USCIS will move quicker on those that have sent in there fee. other than those that didn't..

Hi pls guys i need help, my lawyer summited my vawa application on 01/03/2023 and my money order and is more than 60 days i have not receive my receipt. i try to track my money order if it was cash out but they have not cash it out pls do you guys know how long it we take for me to get a receipt that my application have been receive or if i have to resend it again. am just confused right now i dont know what to do.

I applied since Oct 2022 and never received a receipt or any notice from uscis. I talked to my lawyer multiple times who then told me that the location for vawa application was changed and it was possible that the application was lost in the move or mail. The money order was not cashed. We resent an application in late May 2023. I'm still waiting for a receipt which im still hoping for in a few weeks. My lawyer reached out this past week to let me know that he received a receipt from an application he sent in 3 weeks prior to my second application. Has anyone received an update since their last check in? And what was the time frame like?

I filed vawa since June 2023 and I have not received my receipt number till now. I contacted them through mail again, no response. I spoke with a congressman about my application, they said they received my application and would reply. Till now, nothing. What do I do please
