I'm april 08 2022 and waiting for decision and just received 7th PF

@Q U what you submitted for evidence with your case? idk if the cases that does not have to many proofs or evidence are the one stuck in the system without approval.. share about your case please…

I only submitted personal declaration of only 2 pages I was shocked people write 200 and 300 pages ans I wonder why they taking forever but I also submitted psychological evaluation and witnesses letters

@June 2022 •I sent personal declaration 3 pages •Declaration from 3 friends •Therapist letter for me and couple therapist •Pictures with family friends •Invitations to events with both names •marriage certificate •proof of address

don't worry about lot of people who don't get answers keep posting the one that for have sense of relief and forget about groups or loose interest. it's normal.

@vawa april 2022 yes, contact your lawyer if they can do something about it. and if not you have to search how are you going to contact the senate or congressman in your state to help you out tell them that you already achieved the length of years of waiting about your vawa and they will help you out to work out your case fast. While you are waiting you have to do something.

approvals are definitely happening. I’ve seen recent approvals from Jan-June 2022 filers. and I also noticed someone got approved in less than 24 months who was a March 2024 filer. so approvals are happening.

July 2022 still waiting
