vawa and i485 interview .

@k O hi I was outside and applied VAWA but moved to US.

@max 221 it means I have a VaWa interview too

mine is the same thing, they asked for my medicals, afterwards two weeks of submission, my I485 is ready to be scheduled for an interview while my I360 is still pending.

@I had an RFE but it was for a medical. I heard that VAWA takes 6-7years. It takes really long. T.T

@BESS lee, yes you are right. Prima facie proves nothing. Just allow you to have some kind of benefit while your case processing

@BESS lee USCIS want to conduct interviews for new cases its a new rule came in last year November. one of my friends also got this interview, last week my lawyer said this.
