A big CONGRATULATIONS! If you don’t mind, can you please share the pd, the dates you begin your VAWA journey to this date of I 485 approval. I have been on my VAWA case since January, 2019 and got approved October, 2020 & have done i485 interview over 3 months and haven’t heard anything from them. please kindly share

So here my cases short summery: - i360 & i485 submitted at the same time back in 2018 along with medical exam, also did biometric too. - I360 approved October 2022. - Again biometric for i485 submitted January 2022. - Re-Medical exam submission July 2022 and after 3 business days case approved. What I didn’t??? - I didn’t sue uscis even though my lawyer told me several times. I knew financially my lawyer would be benefited, but uscis will follow their guidelines no matter what. - I didn’t delayed any doc submission after uscis asked for any RFE related i360 & i485. - I didn’t contact any kind of govt office to inquiry for my case. What I did??? - I listened to my very close people who knew the process and working in paralegal sector. - I gathered all doc on times and submit as well. Even though I submit more doc when uscis asked for same type of RFE. I followed what they told me to do?. - I waited patiently even people around me gave me lots of bad buzz. - I prayed and never lost hope. - I always keep myself up-to date with all kind of uscis news and other sources from social media that related i360 application. - I never lost faith after all these process. If any one of you🫵🏻 need help “ I AM HERE FOR YOU”. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

@k m i would say never give up hope if you did all that uscis told you. two reasons all cases delayed not just vawa, elections and then backlogs. now cases are moving faster unless any complicated ones. i did double work for doc submission but it was their requirement and I fulfilled it. BELIEVE ME your time will come. even though my case closed but I will be here if anyone need any info. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

@dhaval I would recommend go to USCIS website first. prepare all doc. you need to write every single details from day 1 till the last day you were together. i wrote almost 60 pages my own statement and then fine tuned with several sources guidelines. here’s the link. that would be step one if you don’t want to hire a lawyer. https://www.uscis.gov/i-360

@O D, THANK YOU!!! i don’t know about your case yet, generally if you filled all and they asked for USCIS, that means within 60 days based on current situation you will get back from them. if not just do an INQUIRY BY YOURSELF / LAWYER. but I can get more closer if you tell me when you filed for i485 and when your i360 was approved?

@krish, so far i know, now case processing going first. when the lat time you did self inquiry through uscis website ? if it wasn’t recent then I would say submit an inquiry because your 360 already approved. from May new notice for pending i485 it will take 6months- 8months.

Good morning, I have a question about medical exams, I submitted I-485 with exams and for some reason uscis returned to me for some corrections and also they open medical exams envelope . now I want to resubmit the application may I need to go back to Doctor who signed medical form or I can print out the form and seal it by myself because he sent me a copy of everything to my email. let me know how you think friends. thanks

@ng ng, based on uscis letter check what they need you for correction please / instructions. Also contact your dr who sealed and tell exactly what uscis told you to do? because they knows better and that’s why they are assigned surgeon for uscis medical report. so far my understanding. if uscis need corrections all you need to go to dr and get corrected, sealed envelop and resubmit. it’s the mistake from dr side then must.

@NG NG, also check in that letter you received any deadline for resubmission too. if it’s given a month then I would say you have enough time with proper submission. you are not far away from your GC. BEST OF LUCK!!!
