VAWA has been approved! Jesus moves mountains!
Early this morning Lawfully sent me a notification saying that my case has been moved to decision approve or deny and about 1 hour later it says that my case has been approved.
I know the fight isn’t over yet, but I just wanted to come on here and say “ Jesus is king! everything happens in his time. “
To my Lawfully community , keep having faith, your time will come! I wanted to share with you guys first, because only you guys know how this could possibly feel, and I know yall have sincere happiness for all approvals!

In the mean time, I got my EAD 2 year and renewed for 5 year ( current expires 2029)
I also received 6 PF

yess congratulations 🎊 new ead card, go and do your medicals right away. so when u get the rfe for it. u can send it off. with no delays. find a uscis surgeon and get it done ASAP.

@leo lance my case was transferred in the beginning of my journey.
I want to say my case was transferred about 6 months after i filed everything.
I filed Jan 18, 2022 and my i485 was moved to a different jurisdiction around August 2022 .
I was very worried for a very long time.
