Coz my lawyer is asking me to pay $535 for Vawa filing fee. I’m confused, coz everyone said it Vawa cost nothing. I just wanna double-check if I-360 cost something.

@In God I Trust you do not pay filing fees for vawa so that $535 is waived. Your lawyer either doesn’t know what he’s doing or is trying to scam you.

change lawyer for a reputable one. And most especially go to YouTube and document yourself on what proof to submit evidences etc... it will help you. You also need to go to USCIS website and look for VAWA required docu.entation and evidences needed

i360 is free . he might be charging you for the i485 which is the adjustment of status … if he is planning to send a full package
