I did biometrics for 360 on December 21, 2020 and April 8, 2020 I did biometrics for 765 c31 category and 485

20 mins went well. rfe received after interview for birth certificate. after 2 weeks it got approved.

when did you filed your I-485 and field office please? it is not particularly about your case, for I have realized that some people on this particular platform lied sometimes about their approvals timelines. they make some people to be more anxious about their own cases. some few numbers are moving from platforms to platforms. if it it's true, then yours is simply a miracle from God on your behalf. even the immigration officer adjudicating yours knows that he is supposed to have files for a specific time and will prove to his supervisor why a specific file is going ahead of others. big congratulations to you and Glory be to God for showing to you this particular mercy. because it's abnormal. they are now working on feburary 2020 files in Vermont vawa unit.

these processing times are not correct it's like applications are all over the place.and people are waiting forever.

@believe god. have you ever received any EAD, CO9 category? any prima facie as well? you said had never filed any I-130., So you went directly and filed for vawa after your marriage with the us citizen? maybe that is one of the reasons your case went very fast from vawa submission to green card approval. it's the first time I'm seeing someone filing immediately a vawa case after a marriage with a us citizen without having tried to have had a form I-130 which is pretty normal. so everything things about your case was always outside of normalcy. 🙏🙏👏👏👏👏 for the rest of people, you can relax because they are now actively working on Feburary 2020 cases and those filed before September 16, 2019 can now submit case inquiries outside of normal processing time.
