Hello House, how can I follow up with my expedited Vawa case? it’s been a month since I expedited without response due to a very important family emergency. is there a direct number I can call? or how else can I reach them? please help me! thank you.

I m sory about that Im about to expedite as well if this is how they respond to emergencies then something is not going well at all with uscis ,this is sad.

you would have to wait between 2-3month…I expedited my vawa last year September 2023 and they responded December 2023

Expedite feels pointless. I put in an emergency expedite 8 weeks ago still l waiting..

@Miss M yes,they denied the expedition Dec 2023 and approved my case in august 2024
